PortraLabs ("PortraLabs," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered image and video generation services through the PortraLabs mobile application (the "App").

We do not use third-party AI providers to process your uploaded images, facial images, videos, prompts, or other user content for AI content generation.
Your content is processed solely to provide the functionality you request.
We do not use your uploaded images, facial images, videos, or other user-generated content to train our AI models.
We do not sell your uploaded content or personal information.
Certain features of PortraLabs may allow you to upload images containing faces or likenesses.
If you upload facial images:
The images are voluntarily provided by you.
Facial images are processed only to provide the requested App functionality.
Facial images are not used to train our AI models.
Facial images are not sold.
Facial images are not used for unrelated advertising purposes.
We do not intentionally create a separate biometric profile from uploaded facial images for unrelated purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent before uploading images containing another person's face or likeness.
We may use third-party service providers to support the operation and improvement of the App.
These services may include:

Singular
Content Delivery Network ("CDN") providers
These service providers may process limited information such as device information, technical information, usage information, diagnostic information, network information, and attribution data as necessary to provide their services.
We do not provide your uploaded facial images or other user-generated content to third-party AI providers for AI model training or AI content generation.
We may use analytics and attribution technologies to understand how users discover and interact with the App and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Where applicable, you may manage advertising-related permissions or identifiers through your device settings.
PortraLabs may offer optional in-app purchases, credits, premium features, and automatically renewing subscriptions through Google Play.
Payments are processed by Google Play.
Subscription prices, billing periods, and available plans will be displayed to you before you complete a purchase.
Unless otherwise stated:
Payment will be charged through your Google Play account.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.
Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's applicable policies.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App and its features, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
User content and related data are generally retained for no longer than 30 days.
You may also delete applicable content or information through available in-app features.
Certain limited information may remain temporarily in backups, security logs, or other systems where retention is necessary for legitimate operational, legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes.
You may delete your account and request deletion of applicable associated personal information.

PortraLabs is not intended for or recommended for children or minors.
